The holidays are approaching and there is no better time for self care then now! Come and join us for a 3 hour long mini retreat away from it all. This healing event is intended to bring women together to help heal and work through emotions with the power of sound and oils.

It will be hosted at Equip Sports which is located in Novato. Equip has made connections with schools, organizations and individuals to foster healthy programs and provide meaningful support to those who need it most in our community.

We will begin with a Sound Healing and Meditation with Jodi McLean in the privacy of a lovely outdoor space.

Learn how to incorporate Ellie’s Essential Blends into your self care routine to help with hormones, sleep and emotions.

A luncheon will be provided by Dee's Organics, delicate loose leaf tea from INA Botanicals and individual custom made cake jars made by Wild Hope Kitchen.

Leave with a curated gift bag with hand dyed towels from Sun Honeys, sea salts from Farmhouse Lab, custom made candle from Intentional Goods, treats from Rubicon Bakery and other local women owned businesses.

Binay from Body by Binay who is a Nutritional Therapy Practioner & Fitness instructor will be there with her Bounty Box. Each box is curated with high quality products for healthy snacking for the whole family. As well as Nathalie from Super Fly Wishes with her gorgeous manifestation bracelets and necklces.

In addition you have the option to be sign up for several services (limited availability) ; 10 minute mini massage by Tiana Baumsteiger, 20 minute Reiki session with Nance Leombruno and/or an eyebrow wax, tint and lash tint with Kat at Gloss at checkout. ( additional cost)

Location at a private venue in Novato, CA will be given after registration.
