MY STORY.

Ellie’s Essential Blends was founded in January of 2021 to help other women and mamas access self-care in a functional and reasonable way by using high quality essential oils. My business is online but I knew I wanted to provide an in-person way for others to experience my blends, and that is where my events came into play. I am here to provide my true and authentic experiences as a mama to let others know they are supported and not alone and I do these through providing healing events.

Born and raised in Marin County I was an avid swimmer and water polo player growing up.  The water has always had a special meaning for me and that is why it is a part of my logo.  I have been a lifeguard, elementary school teacher, reading specialist, swim and water polo coach and most recently a Bar Method Instructor.  However, the job of mother has been one of the most rewarding and challenging jobs of my life.

My journey with oils began in 2018, where I attended a class and learned about the healing power of oils. Over the last two years essential oils have become a TOOL that we as a family use on a daily basis. I have created this company with the purpose to support women, especially mamas in their daily lives.

I believe that self-care can take on many forms, for me it comes as exercise, mediation, prayer, a hot cup of tea, attending 12 step meetings, and connecting with other women.  Essential oils have been a complimentary tool to add to my LIFE KIT.

All of my products I have hand selected and use in my home and with my family. It was during COVID that I began to rely on essential oils as a coping mechanism to help with the constant changing circumstances. These plant friends have brought me and my family moments of peace and calm; that is my hope for you too!
